Across all Delta Silence Games, you must be at least 13 years old or older to use our services. If you do not meet this requirement, you can use our services with permission of a parent or guardian.
When registering for a Delta Silence Account, all information added needs to be valid. We reserve the right to disable your account if we determine that your account was created with inaccurate information.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds at any time. There are no exceptions and all purchases are considered final.
Fraud: If a players bank disputes a purchase made with us, it could cause a "back charge" or "charge back". We consider this to be a serious violation of these terms. If we detect fraud, we reserve the right to take actions accordingly.
If a user does not log in or access their Delta Silence Account for long period of time (6 months - 1 year) we may close your account.
Your Delta Silence Account and Game Account are separate. If you break our rules stated in our Code of Conduct or Terms of Service, we may take action against your account. Your game account is the account you use for that game specifically. Your Delta Silence Account is the account you'll use across all of our products. We reserve the right to sanction your account when you violate these rules.
Game Account Sanction: If your Game Account is sanctioned, you will not be able to access that game for the allotted time on the sanction. This sanction will show up in the Sanction History on your Delta Silence Account Dashboard on our website https://deltasilence.org/dashboard.
Delta Silence Account Sanction: If your Delta Silence Account is sanctioned, you will not be able to access any services managed by Delta Silence for the allotted time on the sanction. This sanction will show up in the Sanction History on your Delta Silence Account Dashboard on our website https://deltasilence.org/dashboard. However, if you have an active sanction you may not be able to log in to the dashboard.
When actions are placed on any of your accounts we may notify you with the email address connected to your Delta Silence Account. If you are not notified but have an active sanction, you can contact support by emailing support@deltasilence.org.
